Le Chef Eric Georget nous a accueilli pour la deuxième fois dans son restaurant Normand, L’Hostellerie d’Acquigny, situé dans l’Eure.
Il nous a concocté des langoustines rôties, petits pois & févettes, au bouillon de Marjolaine.
